A visionary and entrepreneur from a young age, Brad is passionate about the intersection of hospitality, real estate and design, and is committed to a vision of consistency and quality within the short term rental industry. With a unique perspective on the vacation rental as a homeowner himself, Brad’s mission is for Open Air Homes to lead by example with positive contributions and good standing in every community.
From building the OAH brand over the last eight years to recently launching the OpenAiRE brokerage, Brad is intentional in his pursuit to help homeowners find their dream property to both live in and monetize as a vacation rental. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking and traveling with his husband, Julien.
